Day Trip to Skaneateles

Ellie Rugg organized a thoroughly
delightful trip for us to the charming village of Skaneateles.
The beautiful midsummer day offered a wonderful opportunity to sample the organic, culinary and oenologic delights offered there.
We visited the 1927 Ernest M. Skinner organ, Opus 644, of St. James Episcopal Church and the 1879 Johnson & Son organ, Opus 528, of the First Baptist Church.
This was followed by lunch at the historic Sherwood Inn and visits to the Farm Store at Elderberry Pond and Anyela's Winery.
