Binghamton Chapter
Norwich Organ Crawl
October 10, 2009 occasioned an organ crawl to four organs in Norwich.

Our tour began with a visit to the Skinner organ of Emmanuel Episcopal. The church provided an excellent slide show of views of the chambers.

Next we visited the organ of the UCC 1st Congregational. This organ, originally by Johnson, was subsequently rebuilt by Estey and Kerner-Merchant prior to the present incarnation by Wicks.

An excellent luncheon at the Coffee Connection provided a break in the day's events, beautifully organized by new member of the Binghamton chapter Susan Tinknor.

After lunch we visited the Verschueren organ at Saint Bartholomew RC and the Casavant at Saint Paul RC Susan's "home bench".

This outing was shared with members of the Oneonta chapter.
